Fee Schedule:

Charge = Booking fee + musician fee.

Booking fee
     $100.00/ event

Musician Fee / person
      first hour:      $150.00 (one hour minimum)
      beyond first hour $100.00/ hour billed in 1/2 hr segments.

Example for a One hour Quartet
      $100.00 + $150 +$150, +$150, +150.00 = $700.00

If travel or parking fees are required they will be added to the above total.

To reserve your date: return a signed copy of the service agreement, along with a non-refundable retainer of $100.00. Make payable to Arizona Musical Events LLC, 1101 E. Morrow Dr. Phoenix Arizona, 85024.

WEDDINGS: Balance of payment for all weddings and wedding receptions is due 14 days prior to event, due to the nature of the occasion.

To avoid confusion please include event date on all communications and payments as we file by date, not name.

Travel charges:
    Troon area, Four Seasons, Boulders restor,
                        Care Free, Cave Creek    $ 10.00/person
      Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff:    $ 75.00/ person
      Tucson                                              $100.00/ person

Custom arrangements:
If the parts can easily be pulled from the piano part we would be happy read from your part. We do not transpose on gigs, too risky! We can usually have a custom arrangement made if needed, however you may be able to have an arrangement made for less as we farm arranging out. Charge for each custom arrangement is $200.00 .
